PRODUCT STRATEGY & WORKSHOPS
Brand identities are just a start: from animations to wireframes, directing photoshoots and managing partners, to design thinking and group facilitation.
From ideation to packaging, identifying key partnerships and strategies that will resonate with the consumer, through a focus on sourcing, design and sustainability.
Focusing on key consumers, developing user personas, to SWOT, partnerships, brand strategy and collaboration.
Dana is an innovative product strategist, UX researcher and facilitator who focuses on creating impactful teams, award-winning products and exciting brands.
For the past 9 years, she has worked as a strategist, designer and product innovation leader in varied physical and digital start-ups, and women-owned businesses. She has championed ideas, led design-thinking workshops in corporate and non-profit environments, taught at conferences, built teams and managed successful innovation strategy in companies such as Coexist, UNICEF, Microsoft and Starbucks.
She has a human-focused approach to her strategy, as comfortable with tech roadmaps as she is packaging and engineered product delivery methods. She loves to balance strategic approaches grounded in measureable impact, all while driving client and community experiences.
In 2017-18, she was awarded a grant and a spot in a Circular Economy accelerator from IDEO and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation for a new product innovation, eliminating plastics in to-go coffee environments. When she isn't focused on innovating for a company, in her free time she loves creating social impact and sustainability product courses.
She is currently looking for roles in strategy and innovation grounded in UX research and design management. She loves helping brands connect with their customers, and managing socially impactful solutions, products and teams who would like to create change in the world.
